No payment is being accepted
Joining the free waitlist or Founding Membership interest list does not create a charge. There is therefore no waitlist payment to refund.
What the final policy will state
- Whether the pre-launch purchase is refundable.
- The request window, method, and any valid exceptions.
- The remedy for delayed access or a product that does not launch.
- How approved refunds are returned and typical processing timing.
- How cancellation of a future renewal differs from a refund.
RIN will not use vague phrases such as “refunds may be available” in an enabled checkout. The applicable rule will be shown before a buyer pays.
