What will be disclosed before payment
- The standard annual price and exact amount charged.
- The expected access window and membership start event.
- Confirmed Founding Member benefits and beta conditions.
- Refund, delay, and non-launch remedies.
- Renewal price, automatic-renewal status, and cancellation.
Joining the free waitlist or Founding Membership interest list does not create a purchase, reserve a price, or guarantee access.
Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and signup purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or misuse referral and checkout systems.
Member accounts use managed email or enabled third-party authentication. You are responsible for protecting access to your sign-in method and for activity performed through your RIN account. Preview plans and access may change before the product launches.
Connected email and calendar services
A signed-in user may choose to connect a supported Google account. You authorize RIN to access only the data and permissions shown during the provider approval process. During the controlled release, the initial connection is read-only and synchronizes the previous 12 months of supported email and calendar records. Gmail drafting and sending require a separate permission. A draft is created only when you select the draft action, and a send occurs only after a separate confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing the recipient, subject, and message before sending.
You remain responsible for the provider account and for confirming that you have authority to connect it. You may disconnect at any time, which deletes the connected account's credentials and synchronized RIN data as described in the Privacy notice. Provider availability, rate limits, organizational consent rules, and service interruptions may affect synchronization.
Ownership and feedback
RIN names, branding, copy, product concepts, and website materials are owned by their applicable rights holder. If you voluntarily provide feedback, RIN may use it to evaluate and improve the product without promising compensation or implementation. Complete intellectual-property terms will be included in the final terms.
Important terms still requiring final legal approval
The final terms must identify the contracting legal entity, governing law, dispute process, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, eligibility requirements, taxes, account rules, termination rights, and the process for material changes. This placeholder should not be treated as a complete legal agreement.
